Encryption happens first.

AES-256-GCM encrypts vault fields on your device before they are sent for synchronization.

Your encryption key is kept in protected local storage. CraftX Tech does not receive it through vault synchronization.

Enable app lock with a PIN, use biometric unlock on supported devices, and choose an auto-lock timeout for when you leave the app.

Can I use PassNote for free?

Yes. The free plan includes an encrypted vault, encrypted sync, password generation, and supported imports. The app shows the current item limit. PRO is optional.

Can I access my vault without internet?

You can access locally available vault data offline. Encrypted changes sync after you reconnect. Signing in and setting up another device require an internet connection.

What if I lose my encryption key?

Your key is not included in the synchronized vault record. Without it, support may be unable to recover your encrypted vault. Keep a secure copy of your key before switching devices or signing out.

Can I move from another password manager?

PassNote supports compatible CSV imports and Bitwarden JSON exports. Review the entries before importing, then delete the source export file because it may contain readable passwords. Read the import guide.

How do I cancel a PRO subscription?

Manage or cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Deleting the app or your PassNote account does not cancel a subscription. Get billing help.

Where can I use PassNote today?

PassNote is currently available on iOS and Android. The download links below show the supported releases. A web vault is not currently available.
